As a cofounder and Chief Science Officer for OSOD, I am honored to work with and introduce our team of vision scientists. Our team includes academic investigators, veterinary and physician clinicians, and pharmaceutical industry scientists and regulatory experts. My 30+ year career at the University of Wisconsin as a retinal specialist and in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences has allowed me to keep abreast of the truly remarkable advances in ophthalmology which have occurred over this time. Participating in the development of the discoveries OSOD has contributed to that are now providing significant improvements in the lives of patients I care for is one the most rewarding aspects of my career.
