Madeline Lynch is the OSOD Quality Assurance Specialist. Maddy has ten years of experience in the pre-clinical environment with a focus on ocular toxicology Quality Assurance auditing. She currently aids in process-improvement projects, performs internal and external audits and software assessments, and assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of OSOD written standard operating procedures, policies, and forms.
Ms. Newman serves as a regulatory affairs expert consulting on many ophthalmology programs creating development strategies for small molecules, biologics, devices and gene/cell therapies. Her deep experience helps clients to navigate regulatory requirements for US FDA and EU EMEA submissions for clinical studies, global regulatory authority meetings and product registration. Most recently, Ms.
Ms. Hennes is a researcher in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She has seven years of experience working with non-human primates and three years of experience conducting electrophysiology studies with a variety of species. Her particular research experience is in glaucoma and presbyopia.
Ms. Motta is a Registered Veterinary Technician and Registered Lab Animal Technician at the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California, Davis. Her research interests include corneal wound healing, myopia and Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca. She has additional training in industry and grant project development and design, high resolution imaging and acquisition and clinical trial design and execution. Other research interests include ERG/VEP, ultrasound and tear film analysis.
