Slit lamp photomicrography is used to document the status of the anterior segment of the eye or eyelid including corneal layers, lens and iris as observed through a slit lamp biomicroscope.

The anterior chamber and trabecular meshwork are imaged using a variety of gonio lenses. This procedure is suitable for a wide variety of species in pre-clinical as well as clinical research.
